Can I get a refund for unused mobile tickets or for service disruptions?

RTD does not issue refunds for unused fare media. In the event of service disruptions greater than 30 minutes, and if the delay was not caused by inclement weather, unplanned traffic or an event beyond RTDs control, we will send you a Free Ride Coupon. To be eligible for the complimentary fare, please submit your claim within seven calendar days of the service delay.
